Emma is Adopted!!!!

Emma baby girl, it's been a long road. When you came into our arms back in March, you had been fighting for your life since January, dealing with an emaciated body and heartworms all at once. Charleston Animal Society took a chance on you and treated you for your heartworms. Then we took a chance on you and took you the rest of the way.

You are truly a special, wonderful girl. You caught the hearts of so many people along the way. We all love you and will miss you dearly!!!

Emma was adopted today. She moved to FL with her new mom. She has been a part of the rescue for 7 months. Her rehab was extensive and took the hearts of several people, and a lot of patience.

We love you Emma!!! Congratulations on your forever home!
